A.K.A. Mr. Incredible. Steve is good at everything, so be warned before challenging him at carpetball, basketball, golf, lacrosse, polo, diving, ... ... ... ...

Michelle Gooding

Steve’s wife and a pretty cool person as well. Guaranteed to make you laugh, and guaranteed to be up to some serious mischief.

Andrew Brinkman

Cooking is his passion, and he makes the best buffalo chicken pizza you will ever eat. On Sunday nights you will see him helping Todd lead games.

Ashley Watson

Ashley is the newest member of the youth staff! She joined us on the high school trip and decided she wanted to stick around!

Randy Harper

Dandy Randy can often be found out on his jeep cruising the mud pits or playing one mean game of carpetball. Some say he moonlights as Indiana Randy.

Amy Moeller

When she’s not wiping John Deer’s nose, Amy can be found working in the Oasis and greeting students when they arrive at Encounter.

Todd Dennison

He loves UFC and leads the games on Sunday nights at Encounter. And did we mention that he loves UFC? And he is also the CEO of War Den Airsoft. Check it out!

Megan Dennison

Megan is married to Todd and believe it or not, she shares his passion for UFC. The word on the street is that she has a pretty good singing voice too.
